Marketing Assistant (Content Creation, Graphic Design & Copywriting)

MUTI LIVE is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our growing team by creating and capturing high-quality, engaging content across digital platforms.
About the Role
You will play a key role in shaping our brand’s digital presence. This includes developing compelling visual and written content, capturing behind-the-scenes media (photo/video), and helping to schedule and share across social media channels.
You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with other creatives on the team, while also working independently as projects require.
Key Responsibilities
Design on-brand graphics for social media, email campaigns, and web
Write clear, engaging copy for posts, emails, and promotional materials
Capture and edit content at events or during creative sessions (photo/video)
Assist in scheduling and publishing content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Collaborate with the wider team of creatives on campaigns
Work independently when needed to deliver high-quality, on-brand content
Monitor engagement and suggest improvements to boost reach and interaction
Stay up-to-date with design trends and social media best practices
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
Basic experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)
Confident using a phone or camera to capture high-quality visual content
Understanding of tone, brand voice, and visual consistency
Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and balance solo and team work
Bonus: Experience creating content for the creative industries, events, or education sectors
